here Hey guys, when it comes to skin or hair care everyone knows that the most important thing is Vitamin E. Even after knowing this we choose to ignore this fact. There are things easily available that can be included in daily routine to help in achieving healthy skin and hair.
There are many things that one can find in his or her own kitchen, that are great source of Vitamin E. To name a few almonds, spinach, avocado, olive oil etc. These are very common food items that are rich with vitamin E. Other than skin and hair, this is also beneficial for eyes. Go over internet to find list of food that has Vitamin E and its benefits.
When I buy skincare products I look for the ones that has Vitamin E , same goes for the hair care. Now there is something that I have been doing over so many years without even knowing the benefits of it.So this is kind of my DIY hack, that I learnt from my Father. I mix few drops of olive oil and squeeze out oil from a Vitamin E capsule. The ones I use are those green #Evion “Vitamin E capsule”, these are pretty common and easily available at any medical shop. I apply this mixture on my face and hair and leave for about 2 – 3 hours before I take shower. Off course you can leave it all day long if you prefer but I have very oily skin and this mixture gets very thick. I also use my moisturizer instead of olive oil sometimes, for my face. I do it once a week over weekends.
I am not saying I have the best skin of all. I do get occasional breakouts. But considering my age and my daily routine (driving more than one hour every day on a two-wheeler in Bangalore traffic and pollution), I can safely say that I have good skin. You can find so many DIY masks and scrubs to give your self-luxury treatment. I do that too some times but this is easy and quick to follow as a routine. And it all becomes very necessary during winters. Believe me people with most oily skin also needs moisturizer .
Again, all this is not magical solution for skin and hair problems although we do expect magic. Everyone is different and underlying cause of problems can also be different. So please don’t expect that over night everything will change, if that was the case then no one would ever have bad skin and no one will lose hair. But this should help improve the nourishment.
